The Aregis Treasury
An entity Treasury that deploys resources and capital directly into aligned network projects. The Treasury provides two functional streams: market intelligence via SagaHalla as a capital hedge, and operational deployment into verified industry engagements.
The Dual-Yield Model
The Treasury architecture provides dual utility, protecting baseline capital while funding outcome-verified execution.
Capital Hedge — SagaHalla Oracle
A portion of Treasury capital is managed by SagaHalla's algorithmic market intelligence, generating consistent baseline returns decoupled from execution risk.
Operational Deployment — Network Projects
Deployed capital funds active sponsored engagements across the network. Returns are generated by verified, milestone-driven real-world delivery across regulated verticals.
Treasury Governance
Dual-layer governance ensures that both capital providers and operational contributors direct how the Treasury deploys resources.
Stage 1: Capital-Layer Voting
Proportional to deployed capital (CR). Determines which network projects receive Treasury funding and at what allocation levels.
Stage 2: Contribution-Layer Voting
Weighted by verified contribution record (CoR). Ensures that those with proven operational expertise have governance authority over resource execution strategy.
Investor Onboarding
Accredited partners enter through the Community Capital Pool using Proof of Capital Contribution (PoCC). From there, they earn governance standing through active participation and graduate to full Treasury Member status.
Community Entry
Deploy initial capital via PoCC into the Community Capital Pool.
Governance Participation
Vote on project proposals. Build governance standing through active engagement.
Full Membership
Achieve sufficient governance standing to unlock full Treasury governance rights and premium deployment tiers.
