The Dual-Yield Model
Baseline Yield — SagaHalla Oracle
A portion of Fund capital is managed by SagaHalla's algorithmic market intelligence, generating consistent baseline returns decoupled from execution risk.
Execution Yield — Aregis Pods
Deployed capital funds active VG Nodes. Returns are generated by verified, milestone-driven real-world delivery across regulated verticals.
Fund Governance
Dual-layer voting ensures that both capital providers and operational contributors have a voice in Fund decisions.
Stage 1: Capital-Layer Voting
Proportional to deployed capital (CR). Determines which VG Projects receive Fund funding and at what allocation levels.
Stage 2: Contribution-Layer Voting
Weighted by verified contribution record (CoR). Ensures that those with proven operational expertise have governance authority over execution strategy.
Investor Onboarding
Accredited investors enter through the Community Capital Pool using Proof of Capital Contribution (PoCC). From there, they earn governance standing through active participation and graduate to full Fund Member status.

Deploy initial capital via PoCC into the Community Capital Pool.
Governance Participation
Vote on VG Project proposals. Build governance standing through active engagement.
Full Membership
Achieve sufficient governance standing to unlock full Fund governance rights and premium yield tiers.
