Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Aregis member record at any time.

Aregis holds member information you submitted through qualification, member profile setup, and the optional contact card. This page explains how to have that information deleted, what is removed, and what Aregis is required to keep.

Remove Individual Fields Yourself

You do not need to file a request to clear optional details. Contact-card fields — phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn URL, and X handle — can be edited or emptied at any time from the member hub, and your public member card updates accordingly. You can also turn off public participation statistics from your profile settings.

Requesting Full Deletion

To delete your member record entirely, email admin@aregis.io from the address associated with your membership, or include that address in your message so the request can be verified.

Include the following:

  • The email address associated with your membership
  • Your display name or member alias, if you have one
  • Whether you want full deletion or only specific information removed

Requests are acknowledged and actioned within 30 days. Aregis may need to confirm control of the email address before deleting a record.

What Deletion Removes

Full deletion removes your member profile, display name and alias, profile image, contact-card fields, stated participation-track interests, and your qualification submission. Your public member card stops resolving, and any attribution details previously visible to a referring member are withdrawn from their dashboard.

What May Be Retained

Aregis may retain a limited record where it is legally required to, or where deletion would misstate a completed engagement — for example accounting records, signed agreements, and the existence of verified contributions already credited under a project contract. Where that applies, the retained record is minimized and separated from your public profile. Aregis will tell you what was kept and why.

Signing Out and Local Data

Session tokens and cached profile fields held in your own browser are cleared when you log out or clear your browser storage. That is separate from deleting your server-side member record, which requires the request above.

Meta Platform Data

Aregis's social media integration publishes to Aregis-owned Pages and does not retain user-level information from Meta platforms. If you believe personal data connected to your Facebook or Instagram account has been collected in error, contact admin@aregis.io and it will be reviewed and removed.
