Execution Built to Be Audited
Aregis pairs senior regulated-industry delivery capacity with a milestone-evidence architecture built to a structural standard under active development at an open-standards working group. The delivery system runs today; the settlement layer is on a staged roadmap, set out below.
The Three Pillars of Execution
Our execution model rests on three engines that replace ambiguous project management with explicit acceptance criteria and a recorded evidence trail. Each is described with its current maturity stated plainly rather than its eventual scope.
Saga Agent Architecture
An advanced autonomous agent framework that acts as a continuous co-pilot for regulatory and operational workflows. It augments human expertise by automating compliance checks, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, and standardizing peer-review validation before any deliverable is finalized.
- Automated Discrepancy Detection
- Protocol Adherence Monitoring
- Augmented Peer-Review Validation
GAME Plan Engine
The GAME (Generate, Attribute, Measure, Evidence) Plan Engine turns a project scope into a tracked record of contributions, verifications, and evidence. Every milestone carries explicit acceptance criteria, and every closure is recorded together with the evidence that supported it.
- Machine-Readable Scoping
- Milestone-Driven State Enforcement
- Complete Evidence Trails
Treasury Oracle
An autonomous algorithmic value engine that seeks a capital return stream for the network independent of project delivery timelines. Powered by the SagaHalla Oracle, it deploys capital into systematic market strategies that carry market risk and no assured outcome. The same engine powers advisory-governed account execution for eligible institutional and high-net-worth clients.
- Systematic Algorithmic Execution
- Decoupled From Project Execution Risk
- Oracle-Governed Account Management
- Institutional & SMA Advisory Pathway
Strict Data Provenance & Private Context
For Life Sciences, MedTech, and enterprise sponsors, protecting intellectual property and sensitive data is paramount. The Saga Agent Architecture is offered as an optional, strict-provenance enhancement to our core expert services, and projects can be executed entirely through traditional human-expert workflows where client security policy requires it.
Sovereign Infrastructure, Your Choice of Model
Every project environment runs on dedicated infrastructure with physical and network isolation — never a shared multi-tenant SaaS database. Within it, sponsors run open-weight models in isolation, which cuts cost sharply on heavy context-engineering work, or opt in to proprietary closed models through zero data retention enterprise APIs.
Client-Controlled Context
Sponsors retain absolute control over their operational context. Private context management is scoped per-project, ensuring proprietary data never bleeds across organizational boundaries.
Traceable Provenance
The GAME Plan Engine records every milestone state transition together with the peer review that closed it, so each deliverable carries a complete record of who reviewed and finalized it with the supporting evidence attached.
Pre-Committed Data Validation
Validation rules are agreed and fixed before work begins, so data must satisfy the contract's criteria to enter the record at all. Rule density scales with regulatory weight, keeping a Part 11 program and an early feasibility study on one architecture without imposing the same overhead on both.
Treasury Oracle in Practice
All Aregis network members have optional access to the Treasury Oracle as an autonomous value engine. It operates independently from project delivery, providing two capital functions across the network.
Capital Hedge
The Oracle deploys capital into systematic market strategies governed by the SagaHalla algorithmic engine, targeting a return stream whose timing is independent of project execution schedules. Market risk remains, and results are not assured.
Network Capital Growth
Where the Oracle produces a surplus, it is intended to fund operational deployment into sponsored engagements, so that algorithmic value generation can help underwrite real-world project delivery.
Eligible institutional and high-net-worth clients can engage Aregis for separately managed account advisory services powered by the Treasury Oracle.
Explore Advisory Services →Important Boundaries
- This page describes infrastructure. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or interest, and not investment, legal, or tax advice.
- No return, yield, or performance outcome is promised or guaranteed. Systematic market strategies carry risk of loss, including loss of principal.
- "Decoupled" refers only to independence from project execution and delivery timelines. It does not mean decoupled from market risk.
- Treasury Oracle access is optional for network members, subject to eligibility review, and governed by separate agreements.
- Advisory and separately managed account services are provided only by Aregis under its own authority and client agreements.
What Is Live, and What Is Staged
Aregis delivery follows a structural standard under active development at an international open-standards working group, to which Aregis and SagaHalla both contribute. The standard is deliberately explicit about which layers are operational and which are still in design, and we state the same here rather than leaving you to find out during an engagement.
Expert delivery and scoped engagements
Senior regulated-industry capacity delivering against explicit acceptance criteria agreed before work begins, with milestone evidence recorded and available for audit.
GAME contribution and evidence tracking
Projects, contributions, verifications, and evidence are recorded through the GAME registry. Attribution against verified delivery is tracked and auditable today.
Saga Agent co-pilot
Optional AI-assisted compliance review under zero data retention policies set by the sponsor, with human accountability retained for every deliverable.
Formal contracting layer
The contract model is formalized for the convergence surface — participants, evidence, validation, acceptance. Scope, milestone structure, obligations, and capital allocation are specified in prose and being formalized next.
Cryptographic anchoring and settlement
On-chain anchoring of settlement and attribution facts, so a third party can verify a record without having to trust us. The underlying substrate is still under evaluation against a defined capability test, and no current engagement depends on it.
Portable cross-entity attribution
Attribution that travels across sponsor, CRO, and CMO boundaries. How much each party discloses so attribution can be scored across an engagement is an open question in the standard, recorded rather than glossed over.
The standard keeps an open register of its unresolved questions. We would rather you read them than discover them.
How the standard is developing →Technology Partners
Aregis licenses its execution engines rather than building them in-house, and the standard those engines implement is developed by other parties. That keeps the rules governing your project record from being set by the company delivering your project.

SagaHalla
Contributes the specification and its reference implementation to the standards working group, and is the exclusive licensing partner for the Saga Agent Architecture and GAME Plan Engine.

Prasaga
Hosts the DAO SagaStandards Working Group, the open-standards body where the specification is reviewed and ratified rather than settled by any one contributor.
