These terms govern use of the Aregis website and participation in the Value Generation network.
Agreement
By accessing aregis.io, creating an account, or submitting a qualification form, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or join the network.
What Aregis Provides
Aregis operates a marketing site and participation surfaces for the Value Generation (VG) network — including track selection, member profiles, and referral attribution. Features may change as the network develops. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, investment advice, or a guarantee of project placement, compensation, or outcomes.
Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate contact information when qualifying or creating a member profile
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure
- We may suspend or remove access for fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms
Participation Tracks and Referrals
Track selection (expert, firm, advisor, sponsor, community, treasury, and related labels) describes your intended participation. Referral links attribute signups to referring members when you join through those links and consent to attribution. Attribution does not create a partnership, employment, or fee-entitlement relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the site, APIs, or referral mechanisms (including spam, scraping, or automated abuse)
- Do not impersonate others or submit false firm, credential, or contact information
- Do not attempt to access another member’s private hub, tokens, or attribution data without authorization
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Aregis or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as expressly permitted. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the network without obligation to you.
Third-Party Services
Authentication and related infrastructure may be provided by third parties (including Clerk). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
The site and network tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aregis disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation surfaces.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
