Privacy Policy

Aregis collects the information needed to operate network membership, and explains here exactly what that is and who can see it.

Information You Provide

Aregis collects information you submit through its participation surfaces. Qualification collects your name, email address, organization or firm name where relevant, your selected participation track or tracks, and a referral code or referrer name if you arrived through one. Member profile setup collects your display name and your preference for whether participation statistics appear publicly.

  • Qualification: name, email, organization, selected tracks, referral source
  • Member profile: display name, public-statistics preference
  • Optional contact card: phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn URL, X handle

Contact-card fields are entirely optional. Only the fields you fill in are stored or displayed.

How Sign-In Works

Member sign-in is handled through SagaHalla-issued sessions, using LinkedIn or Google as identity providers. When you sign in, Aregis receives basic profile information from the provider you choose — typically your name, email address, and profile image. Aregis never receives or stores your password for those providers.

LinkedIn Sign-In does not supply your public profile URL, which is why the member hub asks you to paste it once if you want it on your contact card.

Cookies and Local Storage

Aregis uses first-party session storage to keep you signed in and to carry information between steps of the qualification flow. This includes a session cookie, a session token and cached display fields held in your browser's local storage, and a short-lived session-storage entry used to hand your email address from qualification to sign-in. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.

  • Session cookie and session token — keeps you signed in
  • Cached display fields — renders your name and avatar without a round trip
  • Qualification handoff entry — carries your email between qualification and sign-in

No Advertising or Third-Party Tracking

  • No third-party analytics, advertising, or session-replay scripts run on this site
  • Does not build algorithmic profiles for advertising
  • Does not sell personal data to third-party brokers
  • Does not track you across other websites

Public Member Profiles

If you complete member profile setup, your display name, member alias, profile image, and selected participation tracks appear on your public member card, which is reachable by direct link and by contact-card QR code. Any optional contact fields you choose to fill in appear there as well. Your email address is never published on your member card, and you control whether participation statistics are shown.

Referral Attribution and Data Sharing

When you arrive through a member referral link, Aregis records the referral so that the introducing member can be credited. If you complete qualification with a referral code, and you separately opt in on the qualification form, you grant permission to share the following with your referring member through their private attribution dashboard: your display name, platform alias or handle, the date you signed up, your selected participation tracks, and your current membership status. Aregis does not share your email address, contact details, or financial information with referrers.

Attribution sharing is a separate, optional checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting admin@aregis.io.

Where Your Information Is Processed

Member records are processed on shared network infrastructure operated for the Value Generation network, together with hosting and infrastructure providers acting on Aregis's behalf under contract. These providers process member information only to operate the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

Member information is retained while your membership or expression of interest remains active, and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Referral attribution records are retained as part of the network's contribution history. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to the information Aregis holds about you, ask for corrections, withdraw attribution-sharing consent, or request deletion. You can remove any optional contact-card field yourself at any time from the member hub. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

Meta Platform Integration

Separately from network membership, Aregis operates its own social media Pages. That integration is used solely to publish content to Aregis-owned Pages and to view aggregate engagement metrics such as post reach and reactions. It does not provide member login, does not access personal Facebook profiles, and does not retain user-level information from Meta platforms.

Contact and Changes to This Policy

Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your information, can be sent to admin@aregis.io. This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or regulatory requirements, and updates will be posted on this page.
